Gocabxi Taxi Service wants to help its customers as much as possible, so it has a flexible cancellation policy. This rule says that you can't cancel orders for Same-Day Bookings/Packages (Taxi booking), and you also can't stop the booking less than 24 hours before the pickup time.

When the Gocabxi Taxi Service marketing team buys goods for special events like Pongal, Diwali, and government holidays, etc., they can't be canceled. Because these are one-time-only deals, refunds are not possible.

Refund & Cancellation Charges:

1. You will get 95% of the booked amount back if you cancel 48 hours before the pick-up time.

2. You will get 80% of the booked amount back if you cancel 24 hours before the pick-up time.

3. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, you will not get your money back.

4. If the customer paid with a credit card, the return will be sent to that card's account online. If the customer paid with a bank account, such as NEFT or RGTS, the refund will be sent to that account online. As long as the booking customer or agent's name is on the check, it should be sent through in their name. No requests for cash refunds will be considered.

5. Within 7 business days, the money will be sent back to you.

6. If you decide to quit, you will not get your transaction fees back

Important Note:

1. From office to office, km and time are worked out. On the job slip, the user is asked to write in his or her own handwriting the reporting time, kms, and the releasing time, kms, so that there are no disagreements in the future.

2. Extra fees for parking, tolls, interstate permit fees, and taxes will be added based on real receipts when they apply.

3. One day is the same as one calendar day (from midnight to midnight).

4. Cabs that are reserved for trips outside of town shouldn't be used for trips within the city.

5. The final amount will be based on the real kilometers traveled and the number of days spent traveling.

6. The air conditioning won't work on hills or when the car is stopped or parked.

7. Extra money will be given to the driver if they drive between 10 pm and 6 am.

8. If there are any changes to the route for the dropping duty (Fixed) rate, there will be extra fees.

9. Tariffs can change if fuel prices go up, as long as everyone agrees.

10. As required by government policy, Gocabxi Taxi Service collects GST (Service Tax) and Online Transaction Charges for making payments online. Both of these charges are shown in the GST column.
